The Common Admission Test 2025 Examination will take place on November 30th, 2025, and the formal announcement will take place in July 2025. Criteria for Eligibility for CAT 2025

The following criteria are based on last year's patterns.

1. A minimum score of 50% from any field of bachelor's degree is required for the General and NC-OBC categories.  The minimum score of 45% should be received by candidates who are PWD, SC, or ST.  
2. Candidates pursuing the final year of a bachelor's degree and have obtained the desired scores at graduation are qualified to appear in the test.  Admission will be revoked if the requirements are not fulfilled.
3. The CAT test is available to professional degree holders, i.e., CA, CS, ICWA, or FIAI.
4. Though there are no age limits for CAT 2025, eligibility demands a bachelor's degree.

• The important details mentioned on the admit card will include the test venue, date, and time. Never forget to take your CAT 2025 admit card along on the test day too.

Answer Key for CAT 2025

• The CAT response sheet, including the CAT 2025 answer key and recorded responses, is usually furnished by the authorities eight to ten days after the test.  Participants can view and download their recorded answers and responses on the official CAT website at iimcat.ac.in.  Students are provided with access to their response forms and question papers.  Students can estimate their probable exam scores by referring to the provided answer key.
• The initial phase is for the authority to publish the 2025 preliminary CAT answer key.  During this phase, candidates can lodge complaints within the specified time frame.  The authorities will publish the final CAT 2025 answer key along with the declaration of the CAT result 2025 after thoroughly considering the grievances.

CAT 2025 Outcome

In December 2025, the CAT Result 2025 is expected to be uploaded on the official portal.  IIMs and other B-schools will initiate their interview and discussion rounds of admission for the 2025–2027 batch after publishing results and cutoffs.
