Step 2. Navigate and click the 'New Registration' link on the homepage

Step 3. Complete the registration process by filling in the online application form and providing the required information

Step 4: Generate a New Log ID and Password 

Step 5. Once registration is completed, log in with your assigned username and password.

Registration fees, cancellation of admission, and refund of fees

• The Registration fee for IGNOU is non-refundable.
• The registration fees will be reimbursed before entrance confirmation.
• If a cancellation request is received after the confirmation of admission, an amount equal to 15% of the program price, subject to a maximum of Rs.2,000/-, will be taken from the money paid.
• If a student chooses a soft copy of the study materials, the amount paid will be repaid after subtracting just the registration charge.
• If a cancellation request is received from a student who has received a fee exemption and has paid only the Registration and Development fees, only the Development charge will be reimbursed.
• There will be no fee refunds after 60 days from the admission's closing date.

Documents Required for Registration Process

• Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
• Scanned recent passport-sized photograph (less than 100KB)
• Scanned copy of necessary educational qualification (less than 200KB)
• Scanned copy of the experience certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200KB).
