The application window was open from February 7 to March 7, 2025, with modifications allowed from March 9 to 11. The city allotment slip will be available by April 26th, while the admit card will be released on May 1. Notably, the Optional questions have been removed, and the exam time has been reduced from 200 minutes to 180 minutes as the exam structure of NEET 2025 has been modified. The total number of questions has been increased to 180 (45 for each subject), but the marking scheme remains unchanged.

The NEET exam is conducted in offline (Pen-and-paper) mode, encompassing the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of 11 and 12 classes. This year, some significant changes have been introduced, including the reduction in the exam duration from 200 to 180 Minutes, the removal of optional questions, and an increase in the total number of questions to 180.
