How to Fill NTA UGC NET June 2025 Online Form
- Step 1: Start by visiting the official NTA UGC NET website: https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Make sure you’re on the correct site to avoid scams or confusion.
- Step 2: Once you’re on the homepage, find and click on the link that says “UGC NET June 2025 Registration”. You’ll see instructions and read them carefully before moving ahead. Then, click on “New Registration” to begin.
- Step 3: You’ll be asked to fill in basic details such as Full name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID, create a password for future logins. Once done, submit the form and you’ll get an Application Number on your screen note this down carefully.
- Step 4: Now log in using your Application Number and the password you created. You’ll be asked to enter more details like Your educational qualifications, Preferred exam center, Subject you’re applying for, and Whether you're applying for Assistant Professor only or both JRF and Assistant Professor
- Step 5: You’ll now need to upload scanned copies of: Your passport-size photo (clear with white background), Your signature, Category certificate (if you belong to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), and PwD certificate, if applicable
- Step 6: After uploading documents, you’ll be redirected to the payment page. The fee can be paid online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Here's the fee structure

- OBC-NCL/EWS: INR 600
- SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender: INR 325
- Step 7: Once your payment is successful, you’ll be able to download the Confirmation Page. Download it and take a printout for your records.
